Key Skills & Experience:

Strong experience as an SAP Project Manager managing end-to-end SAP implementations, upgrades, and migration projects. Hands-on project management experience with SAP Hybris and/or SAP Commerce Cloud . Experience managing SAP Hybris to SAP Commerce Cloud migration/upgrade projects . Strong understanding of SAP Commerce Cloud architecture, modules, integrations, and APIs . Experience managing e-commerce transformation and digital commerce initiatives. Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies . Experience managing project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and deliverables. Strong stakeholder management skills across business, technical, and vendor teams. Experience coordinating development, QA, integration, infrastructure, and production deployment teams. Understanding of integrations between SAP Commerce Cloud and other SAP/non-SAP systems such as

SAP S/4HANA, SAP

ERP, CRM, payment gateways, and third-party platforms . Experience with cloud migration, modernization, application upgrades, and legacy platform transformation . Strong knowledge of release management, testing, defect management, cutover, and post-production support . Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and vendor-management skills. Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar platforms .

Preferred:

SAP Commerce Cloud certification. Experience with SAP BTP, CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud technologies . Experience managing large-scale global e-commerce programs. Experience working with distributed/global teams and offshore delivery models.
