Maintain cleanliness of the café area by cleaning equipment, counters, and dining spaces to uphold food safety standards. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries promptly. Assist in food preparation tasks related to café offerings, ensuring proper food handling and safety protocols are followed. Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers quickly while maintaining high-quality beverage service. Qualifications Previous barista experience or food service experience is highly preferred. Familiarity with beverage service techniques and non-alcoholic drink preparation. Experience using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for retail transactions. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests. Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
