Job Description
Join Our Team at Cuppa Tea LIC! We are a Hong Kong-style tea shop serving milk tea, fruit tea, egg waffles, and classic street snacks. We're looking for energetic, responsible, and team-oriented staff to join us! Responsibilities All staff will rotate between Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) duties. Front of House (FOH): Provide friendly and welcoming customer service Take orders and offer menu recommendations Prepare and serve beverages (milk tea, fruit tea, etc.) Operate waffle machine and assist with light food prep Handle POS system and cash transactions Maintain a clean and organized workspace Assist with restocking supplies and closing duties Back of House (BOH): Prepare toppings (tapioca, jellies, red beans, etc.) Brew and prepare tea bases (black, green, etc.) Prepare fresh ingredients (fruits, etc.) Prepare hot snacks (waffles, pineapple buns, curry fish balls) Ensure food quality and consistency following store standards Clean kitchen equipment and maintain hygiene standards Assist with opening duties and restocking inventory

Must be able to work at least one weekend day
Compensation:
Hourly pay + tips included Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask Strong attention to detail and consistency Team player with a positive attitude Good communication skills Food service experience preferred but not required Willingness to learn and follow food safety standards Preferred Qualifications Food Handler Certification Bilingual (English / Mandarin / Cantonese) Milk tea or beverage shop experience Social media or marketing experience
