Part-Time or Full-Time | Morning & Weekend Availability Necessary Old Souls is growing, and we're looking for a friendly, reliable person to join our front-of-house team. As a Barista / Front Counter Team Member, you'll be the first face our customers see — welcoming them with a smile, crafting great drinks, and helping create the warm, community-centered experience Old Souls is known for.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and serving coffee, espresso drinks, and teas
• Taking and packing bakery and café orders
• Restocking, cleaning, and keeping the front counter organized and inviting
• Answering customer questions and helping them choose from our daily offerings
• Running register and handling transactions accurately
• Answering phone calls and taking orders accurately We're looking for someone who:
• Must be 18+
• Must have reliable transportation
• Is friendly, dependable, and team-oriented
• Can multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Has excellent customer service and communication skills
• Has barista or café experience (preferred but not required — we're happy to train the right person)
• Is available early mornings and weekends
