• Prepare and serve smoothies, coffee, açaí bowls, toast, frozen yogurt, and other menu items
• Provide warm, attentive customer service and create a positive experience for every guest
• Operate Clover POS accurately, including cash and credit transactions
• Maintain accurate cash handling and help balance the register at the end of each shift
• Keep the café clean, organized, well-stocked, and inviting throughout the day
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
• Help with dishes, cleaning, garbage removal, restocking, and general shop maintenance
• Work efficiently and calmly during busy periods
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and management
• Take responsibility for making sure your shift runs smoothly from start to finish
• Help maintain Sol Smoothie's standards for quality, service, and presentation Who We're Looking For The right person is:

• Barista experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person

Schedule Full-Time:

Must be available approximately 8:30 AM-5:30

PM Part-Time:

Approximately 10:00 AM-4:00 PM Some flexibility may be required based on business needs.
