Last Drop Café is looking for energetic, dependable, and people-focused Barista / Bartender

•Guest Experience Team Members to join our front-of-house team. This is a cross-trained hospitality role for someone who enjoys connecting with people and is comfortable working across coffee service, bartending, food and beverage service, and guest interactions. Whether you're crafting an espresso, shaking a cocktail, running food, or helping a guest discover something new on the menu, your goal is the same: Make every guest feel welcome, cared for, and excited to return.

WHAT YOU'LL

DOGuest Experience Welcome guests with warm, attentive, and professional service. Create genuine connections and provide a memorable guest experience. Take food, coffee, and beverage orders accurately. Answer menu questions and make thoughtful food and beverage recommendations. Provide counter, bar, and table service as assigned. Serve and run food and beverages efficiently. Package and prepare carryout orders. Coffee & Café Service Prepare coffee, espresso, specialty beverages, and other café offerings. Prepare and present Last Drop Coffee Flights. Maintain consistency, quality, cleanliness, and presentation in every beverage. Keep the coffee station clean, organized, stocked, and service-ready. Bar & Beverage Service Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and other alcoholic beverages offered by Last Drop. Check identification and follow all applicable responsible alcohol-service requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked bar. Follow beverage recipes, presentation standards, and service procedures. POS & Operations Enter food and beverage orders accurately into the POS system. Process guest checks and payments accurately. Maintain clean and organized bar, coffee, dining, and service areas. Restock beverage and front-of-house supplies. Assist with opening and closing procedures. Support the Café Lead, kitchen, and fellow team members during busy service periods. Jump in wherever needed to keep service moving smoothly.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Previous experience as a barista, bartender, server, restaurant team member, or customer-service professional is preferred. Must meet all applicable legal requirements for serving alcoholic beverages. Friendly, positive, professional, and genuinely guest-focused. Dependable, punctual, and accountable. Strong communication and people skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Able to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Team-oriented with a willingness to help wherever needed. Comfortable learning new recipes, systems, menu items, and service standards. Committed to responsible alcohol service and a safe, respectful workplace.
