Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit Prepare non-alcoholic beverages such as coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty drinks with precision and care Process retail sales transactions accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems Handle cash register operations, including processing cash, credit card payments, and giving correct change Maintain cleanliness of the café area by cleaning tables, counters, equipment, and food prep spaces in accordance with food safety standards Assist with food handling and food preparation tasks to ensure quality and safety standards are met Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining high service standards Skills Previous food service or café experience is highly preferred, especially barista experience or beverage service expertise Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for sales processing and cash handling Strong customer service skills with an energetic attitude and positive communication style Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and managing sales transactions accurately Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent time management skills to ensure timely service during peak hours Join us as a Cafe Team Member and become part of a passionate team dedicated to creating delightful experiences through exceptional service!
