As a Coffee Barista you will prepare delicious drinks, provide friendly and memorable customer service, take orders and process payment in a timely and friendly fashion, serve all customer orders according to recipe and aesthetic guidelines, deliver products within established speed of service guidelines and identify drink upon delivery, operate and maintain cleanliness of all store equipment, optimize workflow efficiency by restocking workstations, food, supplies and merchandise. As a Cashier with Taher, Inc., you play one of the most important roles in delivering an exceptional guest experience. We are seeking friendly, enthusiastic, and happy people who enjoy making a connection with others. In addition to running point of sale, you will assist the team in food prep, some light stocking, and cleaning. But most importantly, you will create meaningful interactions with our customers.

Essential Functions:

Requirements:

Food Service experience preferred Ability to do simple arithmetic to count money and make change Understanding of basic computer skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Can Keep up in a fast-paced environment Enjoy being part of a team Ability to lift 35 lbs and stand for extended periods of time Successfully pass a criminal background check EOE/AA
