Job Summary Drip City Coffee is seeking a friendly and dependable Coffee House Associate to support daily café operations, beverage preparation, customer service, and store cleanliness. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming experience for customers while maintaining high standards for beverage quality, service, and cleanliness. Key Responsibilities Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages according to established recipes Take customer orders and process transactions accurately Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment safely Maintain consistent beverage quality, presentation, and portion standards Restock coffee, milk, syrups, cups, and other café supplies Keep counters, beverage stations, equipment, and dining areas clean and organized Assist with opening, closing, and routine café operations Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace procedures Qualifications Previous café, barista, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred Basic knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced café environment Good attention to detail and cleanliness Basic cash-handling and point-of-sale experience preferred Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented About the Company Drip City Coffee is a coffee-focused café dedicated to serving quality beverages in a welcoming and comfortable environment.
