In this role you will provide great customer service, take and make orders, and work closely with other team members in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Provide excellent customer service Ensure that all customers have a positive experience Be able to operate a cash register, accept and process payments (both cash, debit/credit), and provide correct change Operational Duties Make ice cream orders as orders come in Maintain a clean and organized store environment Product knowledge, whereabouts, and the ability to explain specific product details Operate the point-of-sale system Restock ice cream, supplies and merchandise as necessary Work on your feet in a fast-paced environment for hours at a time Other duties as assigned

Prepare orders correctly and within company guidelines Follow all policies and procedures and food safety guidelines

Qualifications:
