In case Indeed doesn't display it, this role includes tips on top of the hourly wage posted. Responsibilities Prepare espresso drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and other beverages according to our standards. Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable customer service. Take orders accurately and efficiently, including handling cash and point-of-sale transactions. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment. Assist with food preparation, stocking, and maintaining inventory. Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness procedures. Help open and/or close the shop, including setup, cleaning, and restocking. Work collaboratively with fellow baristas and the Coffee Shop Manager. Learn our menu, coffee offerings, and service standards. Contribute ideas and feedback that help improve the customer experience and daily operations. What We're Looking For Coffee knowledge and experience with espresso equipment (we can train up on the food side if needed). A positive, friendly attitude and genuine interest in hospitality. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Attention to detail and pride in doing things well.
