• We are looking to hire immediately a full/part time or seasonal driver to deliver heating oil this winter season.

This is a seasonal position with the possibility to be permanent. This individual must be a responsible driver to deliver home heating oil to our valued customers in Northern and Central Rhode Island. We seek a friendly, highly motivated, self starter who would like to grow with our company. The right candidate may be asked to stay on in the summer to deliver bulk water.

Position Responsibilities:

• Deliver home heating oil to our respected customers, with the ability to pull a hose 150 feet.
• Conduct daily vehicle pre trip inspections and loading product from terminal.
• Evaluate customer equipment and prime oil lines to burner if necessary
• Operate company vehicle in a safe and considerate manner.
• Accept and record payments
• Complete delivery assignments as needed, turn in proper paperwork at end of shift.
• Must meet state and federal DOT safety compliance.
• Maintain professionalism with a neat and clean appearance and vehicle.
• Read and write in English with ability to preform basic math skills.

Candidate Requirements:

• Must hold a valid CDL B license with tanker Hazmat endorsements . (Class A to be considered for summer work)
• TWIC Card
• Valid DOT medical card
• 1 Year heating oil delivery experience
• Clean driving record.
• Must meet requirements for background check and drug testing.

Pay:

$30.00 - $32.00 per hour
