Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Barista to join our team. The Barista will ensure excellent customer service and drive sales in a fast-paced environment. Must have availability to work weekdays (7 am

• 6:15 pm) and some weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Work well with a team of employees during shifts
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and procedures
• Monitor inventory levels
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently
• Assist in food preparation and maintain cleanliness standards

Requirements:

• Proficiency in retail math and basic math skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
