Manual Machinist Clinton, and Knoxville 1st Shift $22 - $30/hour Responsibilities or job duties: Set up and operate manual lathes and mills, NO CNC Inspect finished components using: Calipers & Micrometers Perform turning, facing, drilling, boring, and threading operations Perform basic machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and keep work area clean and safe Select appropriate tools, speeds, and feeds for various materials

Qualifications:

Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Measure and inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges Must be able to read a tape measure Previous experience as a Manual Machinist or Manual Lathe Operator Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods Attention to detail and commitment to quality
