Responsibilities Prepare a variety of coffee and non-coffee beverages with precision and care, including espresso drinks, teas, and specialty drinks Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions efficiently and accurately Maintain cleanliness of the café area by regularly cleaning equipment, counters, and seating areas in accordance with food safety standards Handle cash transactions responsibly, process payments accurately, and give correct change using basic math skills Assist in food handling and food preparation tasks to support the overall café operations Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining high-quality beverage standards Skills Proven experience as a Barista or in food service—familiarity with coffee preparation and beverage service is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates a welcoming atmosphere Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient sales processing Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while demonstrating basic math proficiency Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours Understanding of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Experience with cleaning routines necessary for maintaining hygiene standards in a food industry environment Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating independence when needed Join us as a Barista and be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional coffee experiences!
