Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair Handle retail sales transactions efficiently using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems, ensuring accurate cash handling and register operations Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing inquiries promptly Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas and during serving to ensure a safe environment for all Assist with food handling and basic food preparation tasks to support café operations and enhance guest experience Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality Support food industry best practices by adhering to health regulations and food safety protocols at all times Qualifications Previous barista experience or café experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with coffee preparation and serving techniques Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and proper food preparation techniques Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us to craft memorable moments for our guests while building your career in a lively café environment!
