This position offers a base salary plus tips, reflecting your hard work and dedication. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to company standards. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing their needs promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and dining area. Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently. Handle cash register transactions accurately and process payments. Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth daily operations. Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere and promote menu items. Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers. Requirements Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
