As a Bobarista, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional customer service while preparing and serving a variety of beverages and food items. Duties Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, non-alcoholic beverages, and light food items following established recipes and standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for retail sales transactions, processing cash, credit, or mobile payments accurately Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards Handle cash register operations efficiently, including processing transactions and giving accurate change Provide friendly customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring satisfaction Restock supplies, manage inventory levels, and ensure all food handling procedures meet safety regulations Assist in beverage preparation, food presentation, and serving to create an inviting café atmosphere Follow time management practices to ensure prompt service during busy periods while maintaining quality standards Experience Previous experience as a barista or in food service is highly preferred; café experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques, especially coffee brewing and drink service Demonstrated ability to handle retail sales transactions accurately with basic math skills Experience in food handling, food safety protocols, and maintaining cleanliness standards in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Ability to manage time effectively during peak hours while multitasking efficiently in a lively setting Join us as a Midland Bobarista where your energy fuels great experiences!
