Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Work hours are 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM.

Duties Barista Duties:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and specialty drinks to meet high-quality standards. Maintain product consistency and presentation. Assist with inventory control, including restocking supplies and monitoring product usage. Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and meets health and safety standards. Handle cash register operations and perform accurate cash handling and reconciliation. Experience Fluent in English, Proficiency in Spanish is a plus. Previous experience in the food industry or food service is required and must have a Food Service Manager Certification or the ability to get one. Familiarity with coffee preparation techniques and equipment is required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Experience with POS registers is advantageous. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing time efficiently. Knowledge of food safety practices is beneficial.
