Job Description

Overview We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and passionate Barista / Retail Sales Associate to join our tea nook team! This role is perfect for someone who loves tea, enjoys connecting with people, and thrives in a warm, customer-focused environment. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of teas with care and consistency Educate customers on tea types, flavors, and brewing methods Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience Assist with retail sales, merchandising, and maintaining a clean workspace Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately Help uphold the overall vibe and standards of the tea nook
What We're Looking For:
Previous barista experience preferred (especially with tea) Knowledge of tea or a strong interest in learning about tea A true people person —friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Comfortable standing for long periods and multitasking during busy times Retail or hospitality experience is a plus
