Position Overview Aboutea Baristas craft authentic, hand‑made bubble tea with care, precision, and pride. This role focuses on delivering high‑quality beverages, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing warm, friendly customer service that reflects the Aboutea brand. Key Responsibilities Prepare Hand‑Crafted Bubble Tea Make drinks to Aboutea standards, including fresh tea bases, milk teas, fruit teas, toppings, and specialty items. Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency and quality. Customer Service Greet customers with a positive, welcoming attitude. Take orders clearly and efficiently, answer questions about the menu, and offer recommendations. Ensure every guest has a smooth, enjoyable experience. Cleanliness & Organization Maintain a clean workstation throughout the shift. Follow sanitation procedures for equipment, utensils, and surfaces. Assist with daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, wiping counters, and restocking supplies. Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods (4-8 hours). Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety . Friendly, patient, and customer‑focused attitude. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Willingness to learn and follow Aboutea's drink‑making standards.
