Job Description
Crucible Coffee Roasters in Staunton, VA is looking for a barista to work at our HQ location in Downtown Staunton . Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and hard-working. Starting wage is $12.80 an hour plus tips. Responsibilities Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs Maintain a clean and tidy work area Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a team Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally Qualifications Proven working experience as a barista High integrity with a great attendance record Strong attention to detail Ability to listen and communicate effectively Interest in at least 20 hours a week Being a team player and working together to cover shifts We are looking forward to reading your application.
