Responsibilities Prepare and serve beverages following UG Tea standards Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment Take orders accurately using POS system Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and lobby Restock ingredients and supplies as needed Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Complete opening and closing duties Support team members during busy hours Qualifications Previous food service or barista experience preferred (not required) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and responsible Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Schedule Flexible scheduling available Typical shifts: 11:00 AM

•5:00 PM and 5:00 PM
