Position Summary We are looking for friendly and reliable team members to join our store. This position is ideal for someone who wants a stable job, is willing to commit long-term, and grow with our business. Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take orders using the POS system
- Prepare bubble tea, drinks, following recipes and standards
- Handle cash and card payments accurately
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and stocked
- Restock toppings, cups, and supplies as needed
- Follow cleanliness and food safety standards
- Work as a team to provide fast and friendly service Requirements
- Positive attitude and good customer service skills
- Responsible and reliable
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, and holidays preferred)
- Looking for someone interested in a long-term position and growth opportunities
- No experience required - training provided
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
