We are seeking dedicated Full-Time and Part-Time Team Members who are passionate about high-quality tea and exceptional customer experiences. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and love making people's day, we want to meet you. (Must able to work weekday day shift 10am-5pm)
What You'll Do Craft Excellence:
Learn the art of preparing our signature ingredients and assembling premium drinks to MACU standards.Customer Connection:
Provide warm, attentive, and professional service at the register and beyond.Operational Success:
Take ownership of daily store flow, including opening/closing procedures and maintaining a spotless, organized workspace.Safety First:
Uphold strict food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a premium environment for both staff and guests.What We Are Looking For Availability:
Weekdays 10am-3pm or 10am-5pmDocumentation:
Active Food Worker Card and legal authorization to work in the U.S. are required.Mindset:
A quick learner with a "can-do" attitude and a sense of responsibility. We value stability and are looking for long-term team members.Bonus Skills:
Previous food/beverage experience and bilingual skills (English/Chinese) are highly valued.Perks & Compensation Starting Rate:
