Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas in accordance with food safety standards Ensure proper food handling and beverage preparation techniques are followed at all times Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining quality standards Requirements Proven experience as a Barista or in food service within a café or high-volume retail environment Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage service standards with real espresso machines - not just a push-button automated machine.
