Overview We are seeking a friendly and energetic Server-Barista to join our team as Part-time 16h/week to work both Saturdays AND Sundays between 7.30am and 5pm. This position is available for our Kirkland and Mercer Island location.

Role Overview:

As a Barista, you'll represent our brand by delivering exceptional coffee and bakery experiences with genuine hospitality. This role combines beverage preparation, French-style table service, and retail sales .

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages using a manual coffee machine Provide attentive table service and maintain a clean, safe environment Upsell brunch menu, pastries, packaged goods, and seasonal specials Operate and maintain coffee equipment Handle transactions accurately and assist with inventory management Collaborate with team during peak hours and ensure excellent customer experience Ensure store compliance with Hygiene regulations Ensure compliance with brand processes Being a Brand ambassador Ensure store cleanliness

Qualifications:

Ability to craft coffee drinks and customer service using a manual coffee machine Excellent Customer Service Food service to the table (restaurant style) Attention to details Experience as Barista and Server required Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team Maintain Hygiene in the workplace Respect and apply brand processes Teamwork and strong communication skills

Punctuality Upsell Compensation:

This position is paid $24/h as Barista-server (service charge included) + Incentive. Salary paid on a Monthly basis. Each employee is entitled to 1 free coffee drink and 1 free baked good /shift

Requirements :

Availability every Saturdays AND Sundays between 7.30am and 5pm all year round. Barista experience using manual machine Restaurant service experience
