If you love people, great vibes, and delicious coffee, you'll feel right at home. Job Summary As a Barista, you'll provide fast, friendly service and craft consistent, high‑quality products . You'll follow Hart Family Coffee processes, procedures, and food safety standards to ensure every guest leaves smiling. Responsibilities Customer Service Greet and connect with each guest Welcome questions and educate guests on our products — be the subject matter expert Suggestively upsell drink modifiers, additional products, and the Scooter's app Accurately take orders, enter sales, and process payments with friendly speed Deliver products quickly and consistently according to recipe and aesthetic guidelines Operations Follow all Hart Family Coffee cash-handling procedures Prepare beverages and food items according to brand recipes Maintain cleanliness of all equipment and perform routine maintenance Restock workstations, food items, and supplies to optimize workflow Keep the store environment clean, organized, and guest-ready Team & Values Demonstrate Scooter's core values with every guest and teammate Work cooperatively in a fast-paced team environment Adapt to change with energy, positivity, and flexibility Qualifications Passion for people and delivering an amazing experience Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment Commitment to mastering brand recipes, techniques, and product knowledge Dependability, integrity, and strong work ethic Energetic, fast-paced, and adaptable work style Ability to learn quickly, problem solve, and handle multiple duties Why Join Us Fun, positive team culture Flexible scheduling Growth opportunities within Hart Family Coffee Training provided — no experience required Free smiles and great coffee every shift INDFOH
