Responsibilities Assist bartenders by restocking glassware, beverages, garnishes, and bar supplies efficiently throughout your shift Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including cleaning surfaces, sinks, and bar equipment in accordance with food safety standards Buss tables and clear empty glasses or dishes from the bar and dining areas promptly to ensure a tidy environment Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies and moving stock safely and responsibly Support food preparation activities when needed, including organizing ingredients and assisting with basic food handling procedures Follow all food service bar safety compliance protocols to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow during busy hours Qualifications Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is highly preferred Knowledge of bar cleaning, food handling, and venue beverage service standards is a plus Strong communication skills to interact professionally with team members and guests Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely Experience working in nightclubs, banquet settings, or catering environments is beneficial A positive attitude with a proactive approach to teamwork and customer service excellence This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their hospitality skills in a lively setting.
