Job Description
Bar Manager / MixologistSalta is seeking an experienced Bar Manager / Mixologist to lead the beverage program for our upscale Argentine-inspired American steakhouse in Downtown Phoenix.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in fine dining or upscale steakhouses, exceptional cocktail knowledge, extensive knowledge of wine and spirits, and proven leadership skills. This role will oversee bar operations, staff training, inventory, ordering, beverage consistency, cost controls, and the development of a polished, high-energy guest experience.
We are looking for a hands-on leader, creative mixologist, strong communicator, and team player who is excited to help build Salta s bar culture from the ground up.
Open Interviews - Tuesday-Saturday's 11am-5pm, 705 N 1st Street, Phoenix 85004
