About You:

We are looking for enthusiastic bartenders / Servers to provide an excellent guest dining experience through personality, teamwork, and hard work. Our current team works in a "all hands in" style. Yes, you have a "section", but we treat the whole dining room as our own. All of our servers know how to bartend and bartend their own drinks! NO bartender tip out means more money for you! The pay range on this post is accurate and sometimes conservative for those who have the following abilities: You are a perfect match if you can: Work in a fast paced team environment. Have bartending knowledge and previous serving and bartending experience. Can create relationships with guests so well that guests come in requesting you to serve them. You have an up beat and energetic attitude that attracts people to you . Blu Burger grille believes whole heartedly that the people on our team is what makes us thrive! Responsibilities Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age when in doubt. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience while creating relationships. People love and support people. Comply with all food and beverage regulations Skills Resume and proven working experience as a bartender and server Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks Computer literacy Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.
