New Restaurant Opening in June! We are seeking skilled and dedicated bartenders to join our team at our exciting new restaurant concept. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a brand-new establishment from day one.

Position:

Bartender (Prep-Focused Bar Program)

What We're Looking For:

Experienced bartender with strong prep and organizational skills Available for comprehensive training shifts before opening Willingness to cross-train as a server (highly preferred) Team player with excellent communication skills Passion for craft cocktails and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

2+ years bartending experience (preferred) Knowledge of classic cocktails and modern techniques Strong prep and mise en place skills Valid food handler's certification (or willingness to obtain) Valid California RBS certification (or willingness to obtain) Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Excellent customer service skills Reliable transportation and flexible availability Professional appearance and positive attitude
