We are looking for experienced bartenders to join the crew. Job Summary The Bartender ensures an exceptional guest experience by utilizing excellent communication skills, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, and delivering prompt service. Bartenders must demonstrate strong time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple drink orders and provide top-tier service. Bartenders are also responsible for following state age requirements and ensuring compliance with liquor laws. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and promote repeat business. Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems to process cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Requirements and Skills 2 years bartending experience in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively. Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of drink orders efficiently. Excellent time management skills to maintain workflow during busy shifts. Knowledge of mixology, including cocktail preparation and proper beverage service. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items such as kegs or cases of beverages. Team player with a positive attitude who can work collaboratively with other team members. Ability to follow instructions and work with the POS system to take orders and manage transactions.
