Bartender

Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong knowledge of beverages, including brewing techniques and cocktail preparation. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations based on their preferences. Operate the Lightspeed POS system for processing orders and payments accurately. Assist in managing inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events or busy periods, particularly in banquet settings. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food service and alcohol consumption. Demonstrate effective time management skills to handle busy shifts while maintaining quality service. Requirements Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred, with a solid understanding of hospitality principles. Familiarity with brewing techniques is a plus, enhancing the beverage offerings available to guests. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive experience for patrons. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Knowledge of banquet service practices is beneficial for catering events. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
