Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency and quality with each pour Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and foster repeat business Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, handling cash handling responsibilities with integrity Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to guests to boost sales and introduce innovative offerings Manage bar inventory by tracking stock levels, restocking supplies promptly, and minimizing waste through efficient beverage management Collaborate with kitchen staff and management during events like banquets or nightclub nights to ensure seamless service delivery Skills Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, spirits, and craft beer trends Proven experience in food service environments with a focus on fine dining or upscale hospitality settings Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse guests in a lively atmosphere Proficiency in POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions smoothly Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures in the bar environment Ability to develop creative beverage recipes and adapt to guest preferences quickly Previous nightclub or banquet experience is highly desirable for fast-paced event settings Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, retail math understanding for inventory management Knowledge of hospitality industry best practices including alcohol regulations, responsible serving, and food safety compliance Join us as a Bartender where your passion for mixology meets the energy of our vibrant venue.
