A background in food safety, POS systems, and retail math is essential to ensure smooth service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS. Engage with guests professionally to provide personalized service, ensuring a positive experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards. Manage cash handling, cashiering, and billing processes accurately during busy service periods. Assist in serving food at bars or during catering events while adhering to proper food handling procedures. Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management proactively. Support the setup and breakdown of bar areas for special events such as banquets or nightclub functions. Uphold responsible alcohol service policies and verify guest ages as required. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak hours. Promote sales by recommending beverages and upselling specials to enhance revenue. Experience Candidates should possess prior experience in a hospitality environment, ideally with exposure to fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings. Experience working with POS systems like Aloha or Micros is highly preferred. A background in food industry roles such as serving, catering, or retail math will support effective performance. Demonstrated skills in time management, customer service excellence, and food safety practices are essential. Candidates with restaurant experience or retail math proficiency will find success in managing cash handling and basic math calculations accurately. Additionally, familiarity with brewing processes or hospitality operations will be considered advantageous.
