Mother Trucker Hat Pop-Up is California's go-to mobile trucker hat + western accessories experience. We bring the party to music festivals, markets, and live events with our custom patch press, charm bar, and boot bow station. This is a seasonal, part-time role that's perfect as a side hustle — ideal for students, creatives, or anyone looking to make some extra cash while having a blast. Most events take place on weekends and holidays , often at high-energy country music festivals , where you'll not only get paid but also score entry to some of the best live shows in town . If you love fashion, music, and bringing high-vibe energy to crowds, this is your kind of gig.Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Greet customers and walk them through the customization process Assist guests in choosing patches, charms, hat chains, boot bows, etc. Operate handheld heat press (training provided) to press patches on hats and apparel Restock inventory and keep display areas neat and organized Set up and break down booth at events (including tent, tables, and displays) Handle mobile checkout and basic sales tasks (Square app) Provide top-tier customer service with a friendly, upbeat attitude Represent the Mother Trucker brand with enthusiasm and professionalismSkills & Qualifications:
Outgoing personality and strong communication skills Great with multitasking and staying organized in a busy event environment Experience with retail, festivals, markets, or pop-ups is a plus Must be reliable, punctual, and comfortable with some lifting/setup work Creative eye and love for country/western fashion or trends Ability to work weekends and travel to events around NorCal (Bay Area) Must have a carJob Types:
