Job Description
Stokes Adobe is looking for barbacks! We are located in historical downtown Monterey and center ourselves around the love of community and gatherings. We serve an innovative seasonally driven menu with classic cocktails and freshly prepared dishes inspired by the history of the space. We take pride in operating a professional establishment that is dedicated to providing high quality service and food in a beautiful environment. Job Description:
- Provide exemplary service. Model a "guest first" mentality, ensuring guests are welcomed and given responsive and friendly service
- Show a high level of awareness of both guests and fellow co-workers
- Ability to uphold company standards of service.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year barbacking experience in a high-volume restaurant
- Highly engaged with a strong ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills with co-workers, management team, and guests
- Highly energetic with a positive and supportive work ethic
- Enjoys hospitality and is able to stay motivated during busy and off-peak times
- Strong POS Skills
- Weekend availability required
