Bloom and Vine is an upscale / casual Chinese restaurant. The flow is fast paced all front of house team members are expected to help each other. Customer service is the highest priority for all positions some food items have a long cook time in order to ensure the customer is happy through out experience clear friendly communication is necessary. All team members should have a positive attitude, friendly mindset, and a big smile.

Job Summary:

Food Runner / Busser The food runner / Busser position main duties are to deliver all food items to customers as quickly as the are ready with proper sauces bowls and utensils for all guests at table. To clear all tables wipe down and reset the tables properly for next customers, in a timely manner. Handling all Togo orders, starting them on hungry panda printing tickets for kitchen and delivering to customers.

Server / Bartender

As Servers or Bartends you are main contact with customers and the direct link to the kitchen. You act as the face of the restaurant and the most influence on over all guest experience. As a server you will take tables, greet customers, take orders, run food / drinks, and ensure a great overall experience that will leave the customer happy and wanting to return.
