WEEKENDS- Saturday and Sunday evenings. We would also like Monday and Wednesday evening availability. Guaranteed 4 shifts. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and promote sales of beverages and food items. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; restock as needed to ensure smooth service flow. Handle cash handling responsibilities with precision, including processing payments and giving accurate change while maintaining a positive attitude. Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service during busy hours like nightlife events or banquets, ensuring seamless guest experiences. Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication. Experience Proven bartending experience in fine dining establishments or high-volume venues such as nightclubs or banquet settings. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, beverage recipe development, wine varieties, craft beers, spirits, and cocktail presentation. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in a fast-paced environment. Previous food service experience that demonstrates multitasking abilities and attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures within the hospitality industry. Experience managing bar inventory, cash handling, and processing transactions accurately using retail math skills. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or special event days such as banquets or catering functions.
