$23

•26 per hour (Non-tipping)

Job Type:

Part-time, Seasonal Shift & Schedule:

Evening/Afternoon Shift, Weekends (Day & Night), Holidays, Mother's Day & Father's Day, Thanksgiving, and Easter This position is for about 4-5 shifts per week, 4-6+ hours per shift, regular shifts plus occasional special events. Serving experience is a plus, and server shifts are available as well. Expect to work at least 3 shifts and up to 5 shifts per week. Year-round opportunity may be available.

Hiring Timeline:

We will begin interviews the week of September 28th and finalize candidates by October 14th. Training will begin October 19th and 26th with regular scheduled shifts beginning the first week of November. The season runs through the month of May.

Bartender Overview:

As a Bartender at Chaparral Country Club, you will be the face of hospitality behind the bar, crafting drinks with skill and creating an inviting space where members feel at home. From classic cocktails to personalized service, you'll take pride in delivering an exceptional experience that reflects Chaparral's culture of professionalism and care.

Qualifications:

Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, club, or resort setting preferred Knowledge of beer, wine, and classic cocktails; mixology skills a plus Excellent communication and guest service skills Ability to work efficiently in a busy, team-focused environment, ensuring all items served are appropriately charged for and prepared. Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays (open availability preferred) Valid Food Handlers Card & RBS Alcohol Certification required
