Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and experienced Daytime Bartender Manager to lead our daytime beverage service operations. Duties Supervise and coordinate all daytime bartending activities, ensuring efficient service and adherence to company standards Lead by example in mixology, crafting innovative cocktails and beverage recipes to delight guests Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Oversee beverage inventory, including spirits, wine, craft beers, and mixers, maintaining stock levels and minimizing waste Train and mentor bartenders on proper drink preparation, food safety, customer service, and POS procedures Develop beverage menus that highlight signature cocktails, wine pairings, and seasonal offerings Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to food handling, food safety certifications, and responsible alcohol service Handle cash transactions accurately while processing payments swiftly using POS systems Create a lively atmosphere by engaging with guests, managing customer inquiries, and resolving issues promptly Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service during busy daytime hours Requirements Proven experience in bartending with a strong background in mixology, cocktail creation, wine knowledge, and spirits expertise Previous bar management or supervisory experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry and cash handling Exceptional customer service skills with a positive attitude and energetic demeanor Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy daytime shifts Knowledge of food safety standards and certifications related to food handling and responsible alcohol service Experience working in fine dining establishments or upscale hospitality environments is preferred Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for retail math calculations including cash handling and inventory management Excellent communication skills to lead staff effectively and interact with guests professionally Join us as a Daytime Bartender Manager where your passion for craft beverages meets your talent for leadership!
