GENERAL POSITION DESCRIPTION

ANW seeks bartenders for pre-show and intermission shifts. Must have minimum 1 year experience. Beer and wine only. 2-4 hour shifts

Job Type:

Part-time and seasonal (Theatrical Season runs August

• May)

Salary:

$18.57/hour plus tips

Schedule:

• Shifts during show weeks
• Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights and Saturday and Sunday afternoons. We have a pool of 4-5 bartenders to cover shows in a flexible schedule. Supplemental pay types:

QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS OF A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

• Bartending:

  1 year (Required)
• ABC Certification (Required)
• Excellent customer service skills and at least 1 year customer service experience
• Experience with Square is useful
• any experience with POS is desired.
• Trustworthy, reliable, and a great team player
• Experience in a fast-paced work environment
• your shifts will have preparation time with 20
• 30-minute stretches of high volume fast-paced work.

RESPONSIBILITES

• All set up and clean up for each shift
• Inventory
• Excellent service to our patrons selling beer, wine, canned and bottled soft drinks, pre-packaged snack items.

• Dress Code:

  Dark pants and white shirt
