Full Job Description SUMMARY:
Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to patrons of the bar, as well as beverage servers from the service bar following standardized recipes. Clean and stocks bar with all liquors, beers, wines, mixers, and bar supplies. Maintain a bank, and properly handle all cash transactions. These tasks will be handles in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely, and professional manner resulting in a high level of guest satisfaction.ESSENTIAL SKILLS, DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner. Take guests orders into (POS) Point of Sale System. Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages using authorized standardized recipes. Cut bar fruit to specifications using proper knife handling. Ensure freshness and quality of beverage to maintain a high level of presentation at all times. Replenish beverages as requested and frequently checking back with guests. Removes empty or dirty glasses, bottles and/or service ware. Handle all cash transactions, accepting payment and making change for monies tendered. Maintains all pars for alcoholic beverages. Stock and rotate bar with all liquors, beers, wines, mixers, and other items needed for service of beverages. Complete all necessary paperwork for end of shift reconciliation. Abiding by all federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to serving alcohol to minors and guests, which are consuming alcohol beverages. Requests identification from customers when legal age is questioned. Recommend cut offs of guests that are intoxicated to manager on shift when necessary. Maintain a high level of sanitation at all times. Perform any general cleaning tasks using authorized, institutional labeled cleaning products as assigned to adhere to health and safety standards. Attend trainings, pre-shifts, and departmental meeting as scheduled. Assist in training and supporting of new employees. Perform additional duties as assignedMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED. Minimum 2-year experience in full-service bartending. Must complete (TIPS) Training for Intervention Procedures Certification. Prior hospitality experience preferred. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds. Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment. Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler certification card. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Willing to work flexible work schedules including holidays, weekends, and nights.SKILLS/ABILITIES

Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, background investigation, and maintain a Pauma Gaming Commission License.PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
