At Mister Jiu's, we celebrate the legacy of traditional Chinese recipes while embracing the California heritage of local and sustainable produce and pantry. This exciting, high intensity restaurant in the heart of San Francisco's Chinatown is aiming to create delicious food with a high level of precision, served in a relaxed, upscale atmosphere.

Bartender Qualifications:

• At least 2 years experience working in chef-driven restaurants.
• Excellent people skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Ability to provide warm, professional & knowledgeable service in a high intensity work environment.
• Commitment to deliver a unique and memorable guest experience.
• A good understanding of Northern Californian produce.
• A deep understanding of wine, beers and spirits.
