Welcome! The team at Edna is looking for the best to come work with us in the beautiful Edna Valley. The Restaurant at Edna is opening soon and we're looking for the best, hospitality-first, people to join our Front of House team.
All positions are available:
bartenders, servers, and support staff.
About us:
Edna is a culinary destination on California's Central Coast. Seamlessly bridging community hub by day and refined dining by night, we offer a joint tasting room, daytime market, and distillery, as well as full-service dining at the Restaurant at Edna. Edna is guided by Partner and Culinary Director Jeremy Fox's longstanding culinary ethos of sustainability and seasonality, while Executive Chef Matthew Schaler, leads the kitchen at the Restaurant at Edna. Spotlighting local agriculture, regional wines, and cooking focused on local agriculture, Edna provides a warm and welcoming space for guests to come and linger against the beautiful backdrop of the San Luis Obispo Valley. The Restaurant at Edna will be open for dinner service, Thursday through Monday each week.
Job Summary:
Our Front of House staff play a key role in delivering exceptional hospitality and ensuring guests have a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors. We're building our opening team and are seeking dedicated professionals who care and will thrive in a fast-paced, counter-service environment. The right candidate will be passionate about great service, enjoy engaging with guests, and take pride in accuracy and increasing efficiency in all facets of their position. The ideal applicant will have a friendly, approachable attitude and experience working in a high-volume restaurant setting.
