The Fountaingrove Golf Club (Troon) in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking outstanding Bartenders. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service. Wage $18.21/hr + service charge & tips. 18% Service Charge is included on all F&B tickets. Employees get access to Club facilities including gym, pool, tennis/pickleball, and golf as well as 50% of food.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant.
• Interact with members, take orders and serve food and drinks and provide friendly consistent service
• Keep work space sanitary, organized, and stocked at all times.
• Adhere to safety and alcohol beverage control policies including confirming legal drinking age and discontinuing service to intoxicated guests
• Performs clean-up and closing procedures as assigned by manager.

Qualifications:

Two years relative experience, private club experience preferred Must have flexibile schedule (typically Tue-Sun) including weekends & Holidays Must have current food handlers card and RBS certification Must have experience mixing cocktails to order and filling orders as needed Minimum education: High School (or equivalent) Diploma Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law
