ESSENTIAL JOB
FUNCTIONSInform guests of daily specials and takes beverage orderDeliver drink ordersMonitor tables in assigned section ensuring all patrons are servedRemoves empty or dirty glasses and bottles, disposes properly of bottles and washes glasses in glass washerEnsure tables are cleaned for each patronEnsure ashtrays are at applicable tablesMaintain bar station by keeping area tidy and stock bar by placing orders as neededCompute bill and accept paymentsTrack sales receiptsComplete bar inventory logEnsure tips are reported properly for tax processingAll other duties as assignedWhat we are looking for: 0 1+ year of customer service experience 0 1+ year of similar bartending experiencePassionate about hospitality and creating an exceptional guest experience Open Availability21 years of Age or olderEligible to obtain alcohol serving certificationHigh School degree or betterBenefits
