We are a sports bar located in Denver (Montbello Area) No previous experience is required. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit. Take accurate food and beverage orders using Clover POS systems. Mix, garnish, and serve a variety of cocktails, spirits, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages. Learn beverage recipes and signature cocktails; assist in beverage recipe development when needed. Process cash transactions accurately while managing cash handling procedures; operate POS systems efficiently. Ensure food safety standards are met by adhering to proper food handling and sanitation protocols. Manage multiple tables or bar stations effectively through excellent time management skills during busy hours. Support bar management in maintaining inventory levels and cleanliness of the bar area. Engage with guests to promote sales opportunities while delivering top-tier customer service in a lively environment. Requirements You will be in food service, bartending, or hospitality roles; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus. Willing to learn mixology skills with cocktail creation, and beverage recipe development. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests positively and professionally. Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Basic math skills for retail math calculations related to sales and cash transactions.. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed in a dynamic environment.
