A Bartender mixes and prepares cocktails and serves drinks to customers. Works with other wait staff in a bar or restaurant; checks to be sure that customers are legal drinking age. May work at private parties.
Colore Italian Restaurant is a 2 unit company: a 17-year-old neighborhood Italian restaurant and bar in Englewood as well as 1 year old location in Littleton — we are family-owned, established, and consistently busy . We are hiring seasoned servers and bartenders for our upcoming busy season. Our priority is hiring at the Broadway location , but we will consider candidates interested in either location. We are currently hiring servers , and bartending experience is a strong plus. While bartending is not required for hire, it is an important part of our front-of-house team, and we welcome applicants with bar experience. At Colore, there are no bar-only positions— all bartenders also work server shifts. Many of our team members serve and bartend regularly, and we promote from within as opportunities arise. The more versatility you bring, the more opportunity there is for scheduling flexibility and growth. Applicants with bartending experience should be comfortable waiting tables, and applicants without bartending experience can grow into the role over time. Crossover scheduling between the Englewood and Littleton locations is a possibility if a candidate is interested.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We want rock star servers and bartenders who are driven by hospitality, professional, reliable, and take pride in great service. Ideally, you have: At least 3 years of full-service experience Confidence behind the bar and on the floor A positive attitude and strong work ethic A genuine passion for hospitality Wine knowledge and Italian food familiarity are a plus—but not required. We will train the right person.
SCHEDULE & HOURS
Flexible, mixed schedules A combination of lunch and dinner shifts At least one weekend night Sunday availability required 5-8 shifts per week , up to 30-35 hours We close at 9 PM , so no late nights Ample free parking We close for all major holidays, including: Christmas Eve & Day, Thanksgiving, Easter, major Monday holidays, the Super Bowl, and more.
